Cooking
workshops are conducted through-out the year, specially on weekends,
either in the palace kitchen or at "The Frangipani", nearby
countryside farm house. Thakurani Jyotika Kumari Diggi, the chatelaine of Diggi Palace & her
sister-in-law Sandhya Kumari Diggi, who is a superb cook and a
member of the resident royal family conduct these workshops
personally.
The owners along with
Jaipur Heritage foundation conduct a cooking workshop, "Taste of India" every
year in January. The wonderful workshop program sponsors the cross collaboration
of local master craftsmen with international experts, in order to promote
responsible tourism and heritage conservation.
