The ladies of the Diggi family personally conduct these workshops and demonstrations along with the hotel chefs. We concentrate on Rajasthani and Indian cooking. Those guests interested should give us prior notice of 3 to 4 days to organize the above. Do let us know the number of guests and the time you have on hand. The workshops/demonstrations can range from a few hours to a few days depending on the guests’ desire. Truely speaking, we have got a lot than we expected during our stay at Diggi Palace in Jaipur. The sourroundings of the hotel is very greenery and one can see peacocks are grazing. Rooms are large and spacious. For any future visit in Jaipur, I shall try to stay at Diggi Palace for its homely atmosphere.

A beautiful resort tucked away in the centre of the city, Diggi Palace has large, comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms. It's a great place to unwind and just sit around the lovely garden sipping tea. I loved it all!
